Participation in the exam is only possible upon presentation of a valid identification document (Citizen Card/Passport).
If a valid photo identification document is not presented before the exam, the candidate will not be admitted to take it, and the request for a new exam must be paid for by the candidate themselves.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the student
- In case of cancellation by the student before the final registration deadline:
The student must send an email to wine-school@plansel.com stating the intention to cancel. Plansel International Wine School will confirm receipt of the request within 2 working days.
If confirmation is not received, please contact Plansel International Wine School in person or by phone at (+351) 266898920 / (+351) 910223703.
Without confirmation of acceptance by Plansel International Wine School, there will be no right to a refund. From the amount to be refunded, an administrative fee corresponding to the cost of study materials and respective shipping costs, if these have already been dispatched, will be deducted.

If you wish to reschedule the same course for another date, there will be no additional costs provided the request is made up to 10 days before the exam date. After this period, an administrative fee may be charged for changing the date.
Registration can also be transferred to another student, by sending a request via email (wine-school@plansel.com) until the final registration deadline.
Plansel International Wine School will confirm the new registration as soon as it receives the respective form. If the study materials have not yet been sent, Plansel International Wine School will send them to the new student. If the materials have already been sent, it is the responsibility of the original student to deliver them to the new student or bear the shipping costs.

2. In case of cancellation by the student after the final registration deadline
The student will no longer be able to request cancellation or refund.
If the cancellation is due to circumstances such as illness, accident, change of residence or pregnancy, the course may be rescheduled for another date or location upon payment of a fee of 50% of the original value.

3. In case of postponement or cancellation by Plansel International Wine School
Plansel International Wine School reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course with at least 10 days' notice from the start date, if there is not a minimum number of students or due to exceptional circumstances. If the course is postponed, Plansel International Wine School will inform candidates of the new dates. In case of cancellation, the candidate will receive a full refund of the registration fee if they return the study materials to Plansel International Wine School, or will receive a refund of the registration fee minus the value of the study materials, should they decide to keep them.

4. Students have the right to cancel registration without additional fees up to 10 days before the start of the course.
Plansel Wine-School also reserves the same right of cancellation.
If the course is confirmed and the student does not attend, Plansel will not provide a full (100%) refund of the amount. However, the student may reschedule participation with a 50% penalty on the value to reserve a new date.
Registrations are accepted until the last day — for both special courses and Level 1 — subject to availability. This means that places are limited and Plansel International Wine School may not be able to accept last-minute registrations; however, it is always recommended to check availability.
